I love that fatherhood can look so badass!
Happy Father's Day to all of you hard working, helping hands, cooks, lovers, builders, and people who put the word fun into being a child & partner. Father's can be amazing for both their children and their partners. This weekend I am so thankful for two daddies, mine and my children's. For my husband I plan to be the great distractor so he can enjoy watching the World Cup without being interrupted by munchkins exclaiming "Daddy this & Daddy that"! Wishing you a wonderful day in heart & spirit for your loved one(s) this weekend!

Oprah Winfrey put it well when she said " Biology is the least of what makes someone a mother." I want to wish all wonderful and amazing Mother's a Happy Day! You deserve it for your endless service to humanity. Here in Seattle, I am hoping for another glorious sunny day so I can head outdoors and work in my garden as I watch my little munchkins prance about. Which brings me to another great quote from Marcel Proust,
"Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom."
Cheers!
