Return Policy
We work hard to make sure that everything we sell is in line with our high standards. If you are unsatisfied with any Buggy purchase, please note our Return Policy:
Gently-used items may be exchanged or returned for store credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
New items may be exchanged or returned for store credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
All discounted merchandise is final sale-no returns, exchanges or store credit given.
Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Items purchased via the website must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days.
